Conditions of Sale
Exchange or Refund:
Item (s) may be returned to the Uniform Shop unused and in original condition (including supplier tags and packing) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.
Items Excluded From Return Policy:
Due to hygiene requirements bathers, tights and hair accessories are not returnable, unless deemed faulty.
Faulty Goods:
Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the supplier’s warranty policy and at the discretion of the Uniform Shop staff.
A replacement or refund will be made for a manufacturing fault. The goods will be repaired if, at the discretion of the Uniform Staff, undue misuse of the item has contributed to the item being faulty.
Order Collection:
Orders are to be collected from the Uniform Shop or delivered to the nominated drop-off location. The purchaser is responsible for the prompt collection during usual Uniform Shop opening hours or School reception opening times. Reception staff are not responsible for uncollected orders.
Merchant processing fees:
Online merchant processing fee of 2.31% charged at point of sale.
